Thankfully, Residence G came through in an emergency and provided me with a safe and comfortable haven. The staff were friendly and even upgraded my room for free. The room itself had a unique design with interesting lighting switches and amenities like a safe and flatscreen TV. The Handy device was a great bonus, providing free internet throughout the city. The breakfast, although lacking meat options, was still enjoyable. Despite the unfortunate circumstances leading up to my stay, I would consider staying at Residence G again. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, attentive staff, and comfortable rooms.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, as it was situated in a neighborhood close to the heart of the city and not that far from the popular district. We were able to easily explore the city with the convenience of two different subway lines nearby. The hotel itself was modern and comfortable, with amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a great selection of options, and the on-site restaurant and bar/lounge area were perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The room was clean and well-equipped, with a flat-screen TV, a safe, and a dining table. We also appreciated the free toiletries and the complimentary Wi-Fi in the rooms. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our trip to this city even more enjoyable.

Although our stay at this hotel was fantastic, we did notice that the staff could improve their service. We encountered a few instances where they treated guests in the reception area in quite a humiliating manner.

The room was well equipped and had everything we needed, including plenty of towels, a coffee/tea set, toothbrush, and free bottled water. The hotel was in a great location, very close to popular attractions like the Avenues of Stars and within easy reach of the city for exploring.

We had a great time here! The location is perfect, it's in a neighbourhood close to downtown and not far from the popular district. There are two subway lines nearby, which made getting around really easy. The facilities in the room were top-notch, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, and tea and coffee facilities. We also appreciated the in-room safe and free toiletries. The staff was really helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home.

We did have a minor issue with service, as the staff in reception spoke to us in quite a humiliating manner. However, we would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay with plenty of facilities.

Nothing to fault.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Science Museum and the Kowloon MTR station. It is also within walking distance to the Hong Kong Science museum stop. The area is currently under restricted control, ensuring safety for guests. The shower in the room is excellent and the staff is attentive and helpful. Additionally, there are power points easily accessible in the room.

The entrance to the hotel is difficult to find and the air conditioner in the room is quite noisy.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed a comfortable and stylish room with ample space to work. The room had great amenities and many lighting arrangements. the hotel's location was ideal, being close to the MTR station and surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores.

there were some minor issues with the finish in the room, such as doors not closing properly and air con screens not working. It was also disappointing to witness a manager publicly reprimanding a hotel cleaner in a disrespectful manner.

The staff were attentive and were really nice too assist us. We were actually surprised by the complimentary Handy mobile phone with free WiFi and calls to multiple countries. The bed was comfortable and the power points were conveniently located. The hotel had a hip and modern design that we loved. We also enjoyed the self-service espresso bar and the rooftop terrace. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
